Tutti nel mondo vorrebbero un pezzo di Oscar. E quest’anno c’è stato un record di partecipazioni per la lotta ad un posto nella famosa cinquina per il Miglior Film Straniero, parliamo infatti di ben 83 Paesi, contro i 76 dell’anno scorso. Inutile ricordare che la cerimonia dello scorso anno premiò “La Grande Bellezza” di Paolo Sorrentino, davvero una gran bella soddisfazione per il cinema italiano.
In questo range di film ci sono vincitori di Festival, come la Turchia e il suo “Winter Sleep”, vincitore a Cannes, ci sono anche Paesi che ritornano dopo diversi anni, come Cuba e il suo “Conducta”. E poi ci sono i debuttanti, come Malta, Kosovo, Mauritania e Panama.
